Mike Clendenen's first RATT rig (nicknamed the "BATTLE BANDIT") - the GRC-122 shelter is mounted on an M-715 truck. The bumper markings indicate that the photo was taken after October 1978 when the 72nd Sig Bn was transferred from 7th Sig Bde to 5th Signal Command.
